DAY 1

Cusco - Lamay - Urubamba - Yanahuara - Ollantaytambo

Pick up time at 7:30am at your hotel from where, we will drive toward to Pisac, arrive to Awana Cancha here we’ll observe an Andean camelid theme park lies on the Pisac road about 14 miles (23 km) from cusco, Taray district it’s well presented a exhibit includes various breeds of all reach the top of the footpath leads down to Pisac.

After visit we will continue to Lamay. This village is very important for us, this village is where we’ll stop for testing our traditional and tipical food. Cuy (Guinea pig) here the ladies will demonstrate the preparations and cooking of the (Guinea pig). Accompanied stuff chili peppers and some vegetables, once tested our next stop will be Urubamba.

First visit would be “seminario” (hot Works house) where we’ll watch a number of artisans including weavers, ceramicists, potters, sculptors and artists. More exploring just we we’ll visit seafood restaurant in order to try the ceviche (marinated raw seafood) and maybe consider as our lunch of the day with bright yellow inca kola. Just one Block away we’ll see the very local market where you’ll observe an numerous of crops farmed in this town.

The next visit would be sacred valley “crafts beers”, the people who work in this factory would be proud to show and explain us the process of seven type of crafts beers. After tested we’ll continue to yanahuara, just driving 10 minutes we’ll arrive to one of topical house where the lady will be proud to demonstrate and show us the process of “Ajha” – “chicha” (corn beer). The daily drink of the incas, according one of the chronicle (Inca Garcilaso de la Vega), this drink had medicinal properties that prevented prostate problems and various renal diseases, was also beneficial for kidney, bladder and others ailments. After it we’ll follow to Ollantaytambo town where our guide take you to guided and show the original Incan streets and then have Pollo a la brasa (chicken brass) as dinner accompanied with Pisco sour.

After enjoyed you’ll go to the train station in order to catch up the train. Where we will spend 2 hours driving until Aguas calientes, and then stay in a 3 stars hotel.

DAY 2

Machupicchu - Aguas Calientes - Cusco

After have breakfast in your hotel The pick up time will be at your hotel at 5:00am, and you’ll be take to bus station and take the first bus up to Machu Picchu. A walking tour (approximately 2.5 hours) is given by your guide and after this you can explore the mysterious city by yourself. If you have energy you can also climb Huayna Picchu (2720m/8890ft) (You need to buy a separate entry to do this).

From the top of Wayna Piccchu is one of the most spectacular views of Machu Picchu and there is also an opportunity to visit the Temple of the Moon or the Inca Bridge. We include in your tour your bus ticket back down to Aguas Calientes. The train usually leaves between 2.30pm and 6pm depending on Peru Rail availability. If desired, an extra night in Aguas Calientes can be arranged. This option is very popular as it allows more time to explore Machu Picchu. (But please note if you visit Machu Picchu a second day you need to purchase the ticket again.
